What does All Squares actually build?
AI workflows and custom internal tools that connect to the software your team already uses. A service report becoming an invoice draft, or an enquiry becoming a quote, are two examples.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
Usually the starting point is a connection between the systems you already have. We check what those systems support during the audit, including access, data quality and available integrations.
How do the free discovery and audit work?
First, a discovery call to understand your operation, systems and repeated work. The Free AI Opportunity Audit then maps the workflow and identifies one or two priorities. Any build is scoped and quoted separately.
Does AI send things without our team checking?
We agree the review points for each workflow. Quotes, invoices and other consequential outputs can stay as drafts until the responsible person approves them.
How much does a build cost?
The discovery conversation and opportunity audit are free. A build is quoted separately after we understand the workflow, integrations and requirements.
Can you work with us in Singapore or the UK?
Yes. We work with businesses in both markets. Choose your region for relevant industry terminology, then contact us to discuss your team and workflow.
How do you handle our business data?
We review access, data sensitivity, provider choices and retention requirements during scoping. Those decisions depend on the tools and workflow; we agree them before implementation.
