Reported result
About 2 days to under 30 minutes for a first draft.

Before
U Kean Seng advises Primeforth Capital while working independently on cross-border transactions. He was managing drafts, mark-ups and clean versions across several jurisdictions.
He spent evenings comparing documents line by line, checking that definitions matched across trust deeds, share-charge amendments and agency agreements.
What was set up
We set up an AI assistant in Word and Outlook for drafting and comparing deal documents.
- In Word, Lexie drafted clauses and made redlines with tracked changes.
- In Outlook, it summarised incoming mark-ups so U Kean Seng could accept, reject or edit proposed changes.
- Its document upload engine compared related documents and proposed redlines in the open Word document. Lexie also ran in the browser.
